Hell yeah man we will learn to micromanage African cities from Afar like sim city! you allow the internet to manage the infrastructure and the local people and government workers all cooperate on this transparent new system and everyone can see where everyone smony7e goes, we can all start to outsource the job of bureaucracy to the INTERNET and people who want to help Ghana can donate their time but get paid in STEEM to work on these problems and find the BEST solutions from ALL OVER THE WORLD nd make Ghana a SHOWCASE nation for what BLOCKCHAIn and STEEM can do for developing nations! Ghana can use steem to LEAPFROG
