So i have my younger brother in Uganda. He is very interested in cryptocurrency and investing in general. I really wanted to get him started so i opened a bitconnect account for him and he is beyond excited. The issue is i don't know how to help him access his funds. Does anyone know how he can do that? i am not even sure if its legal in Uganda. Any help from Africans in the crypto space or Ugandans or anyone with knowledge about this
