After twenty years

This is a story of two friends who met after twenty years because of promise made by them twenty years ago
The story opens with the description of police man who is busy with his duty after some time police man saws a man waiting at some place he looked at him at and go towards him and tell him what he is finding there the man there replied and told him that he is waiting for his friend who will meet me after a long time and we two had promised to meet the same place here and i m waiting for him.
The police mean was the same person of which he was asking means his friend but the police man did not told him that he is his friend because he had been informed the the man there is a criminal and it's wanted by police so instead of meeting his friend policeman has to arrest his friend.
The policeman thought that he should not arrest him by himself as the man there was his friend who has come here to meet him. The police man got an idea and ask an simple man(not police) to arrest his friend .
By this idea the police man duty honestly well as he did not arrest his friend by himself.
