Remember me

in afterdeath •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hello Steemers!

This post is inspired by the animated movie Coco. In the movie Coco, being remembered played an important role in the afterlife. Memories of the departed bridge the dead and the living. Visiting our dearly departed, offering a prayer and lighting candle is one of the ways we can do to keep their memories alive. Unvisited and unlighted dark graves resonates how sad it can be to be forgotten.

Nostalgic, yet, beautiful photos.

Filipinos really have deep devotion especially for the loved ones who had passed away. And often it makes our family's bond to get even stronger.

Thanks for sharing wonderful memories @miaplexuscaleb.
