This pass is carried out by locking your ankle and then hitting the ball towards a wall in a training situation or towards your teammate in a real match situation. It is one of the basic skills in professional football and it is definitely a good place to start. Unfortunately, many young players use this skill without really knowing the actual name or its proper application.
