The 2018 Global Report on Food Crises provides the latest estimates of severe hunger in the world. An estimated 124 million people in 51 countries are currently facing Crisis food insecurity or worse.
Climate change and global warming is effecting agriculture productivity and plant species are disappearing.And only 50% of planet food are consumed by human.And 25%, for livestocks.

I've lived a long period of time in the land-constrained city.For 24 hours throughout 365 days, you can get any food anytime you want.It doesn't mean low agriculture yield wouldn't effect cities' people. It does.
The price will increase.

Consider you are a character in a fictional movie.You were born and raised in a city.You know how to bring food to your dining table.It is either from supermarkets, restaurants or delivery services.As long as you have money and apps, you could get the food.And you do not know, do not care how your food are made and brought.
And suddenly agriculture system gone wrong and food supply was less, slow and paused.So now, all you can eat is electronics, gadgets and crocodile leather accessories etc.

These crop are processed in the small mill.In the process, we use only one layer of filter to filter off broken rice.So the rice probably is not qualify to sell to cities.But the price is reasonable for village people to purchase it.
If the crop quality is not well, and then we filter off broken rice intensely, rice yield will be lower and cost will be higher and price increased.
