COW MILKING PROCESS( Hand Milking)

Milking is an act by which a cow is milked. According to Wikipedia it is an act of removing milk from the mammary glands of a cattle.

DIFFERENTS TYPE OF MILKING PROCESS *Hand milking.
*Machine milking.
*Venom milking according to the Wikipedia….

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The cow must be pregnant presently or recently.
Milking a cow is not an easy process it requires patience, tolerance and you have to be skillfull.
When you hand milk a cow it’s similar to getting out a tooth paste from it tube because you squeeze the milk by massaging excessively on the teat…..

Firstly you have to find a gentle cow to milk on….and milking by hand requires cleanliness it is compulsory to keep the cow udder neat. The bucket used to collect the milk and the tools should be sparkling clean..image

Secondly you have to cool the milk down to 38-40 degrees within an hour after milking then you stir the milking frequently unless you want to skim the milk…to extend the milk shelf light you should mix the milk with cream it will also add fresh flavor..that’s all for hand milking. Bro...it has to be cool down for it to stay fresh or else it will spoil and you can mix it will cream to add flavour to it
