It's Super Bowl Sunday.
People in the US are going ape wild over the Super Bowl game. This game pits the AFL champion team against the NFL champion. The winner is considered the winningest team of the year. In my youth, the Super Bowl was the biggest sporting event of the year.
I've been generating an image a day on Night Cafe and ran out of ideas for images. So, I decided to request an image of kids playing football.
NightCafe generated a fun image of kids kicking a spherical object with 12 pentagons and 20 hexagons.
I enjoyed the game where people kick the ball more than the game where people form scrimmage lines and re-enact a war over a ball controlled by the quarterback.
NOTE: The Night Cafe program comes from Australia. It makes sense that the program would generate an image based on the global definition of "football" rather than the US definition.
The fact that the AI generated a different image that I imagined is a good reminder that different people will often hold different ideas than those in one's mind.
Anyway, I wish a happy Super Bowl Sunday to those who plan on watching the big game and a pleasant Sunday for the rest of the world.
