AI means "Love" - The one thing Jack Ma and Elon Musk agree on

I just watched the debate between Elon Musk and Jack Ma, who have very opposing views on AI and technology and whether we should focus on Mars or Earth...

But in the end, at 39:30 min in, they agree on one thing: the only thing that counts is LOVE.

That was super surprising. Jack Ma says, after IQ and EQ, in the future what will count most is LQ - Love.

I agree. The more digital the world becomes, the more important empathy and compassion become.

I am becoming more and more aware of how some people with a high IQ isolate themselves from the rest of the world and create separation between themselves and others.

There are "intelligent" geniuses who simply can't relate to the world anymore. They are super smart but nobody likes them. And those geniuses don't care because they think emotions don't matter. Being right, being viewed as intelligent is more important to them than their friendships and relationships.

"I'm smarter than you." "If you don't agree with me, you're stupid." "Thank me later, when you realize I was right." Ugh... No sign of any Emotional Intelligence.

But their days are counted. Once AI can do what they can do a million times faster and better, they'll have nothing left. They'll feel stupid compared to AI, and they'll have no friends.

A high IQ is useless once AI becomes the norm.
A high EQ and LQ is what will preserve our human-ness amongst bots and machines. And it's what will make us "successful" when interpersonal relationships are the highest good.

Community is the new currency. Not only in crypto :)

And apparently "AI" in Chinese, means Love.
