NEW DELHI: Three doctors working with the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi were killed in an accident on the Yamuna Expressway near Mathura. The incident took place on Sunday morning near mile station 88. The mishap happened when the vehicle in which the doctors were travelling rammed into a container.
Three others have also been injured in the accident. The victims were going from Delhi to Agra.

Earlier on March 13, two persons were killed when an ambulance collided with a stationery tractor-trolly on the Yamuna expressway. There were no patients in the ambulance. The accident occurred at about 5 am when a Noida-bound ambulance, coming from Agra, rammed against a stationery tractor-trolley from behind.
The trolley, ladden with electric polls, was parked on the expressway, as its driver had gone to a wayside Dhaba for breakfast.
The deceased from ambulance have been identified as 34-year-old Dharmendra, and 32 -year-old Aditya Seth, both residents of Kannauj district. The ambulance, bearing Haryana number, belonged to Pradeep Kumar of Delhi.
