i think,the blame should go on towards two of them doctors and nurses. but the doctors responsibility is bigger than nurses.but its true that the nurses play a vital role for take care of patients......i think the bindings of two individuals responsibility if they did well then the patient will be free of risk.....so doctor and nurses should be responsible for his duty.....the blame of accident should be receive from both side.......if the accountability is perform may be risk is down to occure any accident.....
