The states of people when they here you’ve taken an hiv test is enough for me not to want to get tested. The stigmatization is still a big problem.

Well, I understand your point of view but it's still better to get tested and begin treatment early instead of waiting till the symptoms start manifesting as full blown AIDS.
Besides it's nobody's business to be told your HIV status. That should be known only to you (and your sexual partner).
