My Saturday morning

Good morning world, woke up quite late this Saturday morning. I feel hAIRthy and real good today. Guess what I'm having for breakfast! Millet pap and akara.

Millet pap contains Magnesium, Calcium, Maganese, Tryptophan, Phoshorus, Fiber, B vitamins and Antioxidants. Which helps lower the risk of type 2 diabetes, reduce the effects of cancer, migraine and cardiac arrest, it also helps prevent childhood asthma.

While akara on the other hand contains protein, complex carbs and fibre, antioxidants and minerals and vitamins which contains low sugar, helps cut cancer risk, balance blood sugar, contains rich nutrient and helps the heart. Healthy combination isn't it? 😊

It's a popular saturday morning combination here in nigeria. Very delicious. Have a loverly saturday everyone
