Gastric discomfort in children is usually due to the negligence or ignorance of parents, when they allow children to eat at all times, and feed them poorly, that is, they feed them with: sausages, spices, preserves; great abundance of fat or meat; poorly cooked food, fruits still green, etc; All this makes the stomach fatigued and heavy, being common nausea, pain and even vomiting.

When we see children affected by gastric discomfort, we worry a lot, they suffer severe pain and vomiting can decompensate.

What we must do to prevent this situation is to start with good food hygiene:

• Eat your hours, and at intervals of at least three and a half hours between meals.
• Fried foods and sauces with meat broth should be avoided.
• You should avoid eating potatoes from previous meals.
• You should avoid overeating sweets, chocolates, pastries, and fast food.
• Beverages containing alcohol, including wine and beer, that irritate the child's stomach should not be given.
• When the child is tired, let him rest before sitting on the table.

If we despair before this situation we can try to alleviate the pain with soft massages in the whole abdominal area with some natural oil; These massages are done with the fingertips clockwise, you can also apply a little heat with cloths on the abdomen.

You should immediately start a diet for the child, you can try to give him some fresh mineral water and if the vomiting persists you should go to the doctor to get the health of our child reestablished.
