Synopsis
It’s a decentralized data marketplace in which individuals can monetize their data, and enterprises can purchase the data to carry out business intelligence, risk mitigation and targeted marketing campaigns.
The key advantage they have over their competitors is that their protocol layer can be easily integrated seamlessly over existing applications. This guarantees infinite scalability, and they're planning to reach 100m devices by the end of 2018.
Through their parent company ab180 which is a leading big data analytics company in South Korea, they are already tracking 40m devices in South Korea, equivalent to 2/3 of the mobile device population.

Their team is strong(can be found in their website) , they’re backed by and partnered with ICON, and their advisors are stellar (including JH Kim, CEO of ICON, and one of the directors of GS Shop, the largest online e-commerce platform in Korea).. They have quite the number of partnerships with a lot geared towards what the project is aiming to achieve which is nice to see. All in all, I belive they're capable of finishing this project.

So yea there's quite a handful of similar projects.

-Their presale ended in about 3 mins with 3.8k eth sold. They claim their second presale was oversubscribed by 14x.
- They did have an airdrop program but it wasn't for joining telegram like most icos do these days. You earned the airdrop by downloading and using their proof of concept app and I think this is a very good use of the airdrop scheme.
