This days we take in a lot of stuffs inside our body without even researching to know its function. So i did a little research about i found this
- That the first amino acids to be ever studied was Asparagine found in Asparagus in 1806
- That the last amino acids to be found was Threonine in 1938
- That Human protein contains only L-alpha amino acids
- That microbes peptide contains both D- and L-alpha amino acids
- That amino acids are divided into essential and non-essential
- That the unique characteristics
of amino acids are the side chains
