Notice on Ethereum Return due to Changes in Legal Requirements

After several days of careful consideration, BHOM LAB would like to share with our supporters and participants the difficult decision we have made and the reasons which led us to do so.

Based on the issue of fulfillment of legal requirement of stock-type projects and resolution of delays in project implementation,

BHOM LAB decided to return all Ethereum transferred.

After continued consultation with our legal team in France, it was found that ‘property investment platform,’ one of BHOM’s two platform, may be interpreted as ‘stock-type’. BHOM LAB was advised by the legal team to amend the entire white paper and to return all ETH.

Until now, BHOM had devoted all efforts to realize property transaction through blockchain by participating in various conferences, demonstrating prototype, and meeting with numerous experts on the field of real estate and blockchain. However, considering the time required in the future, we have come to a conclusion that we cannot dare ask to be excused any longer, and therefore we have decided to return the Ethereum.

At this point, we would like to note that we have humbly accepted and reflected comments of our participants in the course of the decision.

The process and schedule of Ethereum Return are as follows.

Eligibility: All participants of BHOM’s Private, 1st Pre- and 2nd Pre-sale events

Date: 2018.6.22 ~ 2018.6.30

How to: For those who have purchased BHM at Tokenman or NextICO, the return would be conducted by the platforms.

For those who have purchased BHM through Private Sale, Onepang Group purchase or BHOM official website, ETH return will take place after individual contact.

Return rate: 1:1 for all participated Ethereum
