Though, personally, I doubt a Q will reach 1 USD. For me, 0.1 USD/Q is much more likely - but even then: If you get 10'000 Q for 0.1 USD each, that would still equal 1'000 USD for free.
Enough money to invest in stocks, SP or any other projects, or simply to "throw out the window"! :)

I started to be involved with this, but then discovered that 1) it isn't crypto, and 2) the activity you need to complete after using 5 referrals is to get 10 referrals. At that point I decided it wasn't a fully legit project, so stopped participating. We'll see what comes of it, but I don't think that's a winning model. They need to come up with more meaningful activities to show participation than just getting more referrals for them all the time.

Granted, I also participate in SWIFT airdrops for GBI and it also isn't crypto, but it plans to be. I just don't like the idea of "surprise, the next level is your bringing in twice as many referrals as the last level." So in combo with it not being crypto, I lost interest.
