Hi good day my good friends, sorry I have not been making posts for some days now. It's do to lack of power. Today we are going to talk about some important health tips that is a part of our daily life.
(1)always answer the phone by the left ear.
(2)don't take medicine with cold water.
(3)don't have heavy meals after 5pm.
(4)Drink more water in the morning and less at night.
(5)best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4am.
(6)don't lie down immediately after taking madicine.
(7)when battery is down to last bar don't answer the phone, as the radiation is 1000 times stronger.
Always do everything possible to stay healthy and strong.
