Wont change or cancel Vueling airlines/Expedia itinerary

I booked a flight for Vueling airlines through expedia.

While making the reservation, I put a wrong destination. I realized that next morning and try to change within 12 hours but airlines wont let me do it. They allow changes only for 2 hours. Expedia said they cant do anything about it even though I got insurance and reservation from them.

I put a claim for AIG insurance and they say it is not covered since it not part of there policy to cover this.

Is there anything I can do to get some refund on this ticket??
