Fire Tankers in Arizona

I can set my watch by the regularity of these tankers the last two days.

They've been running three of these from the Phoenix area up to the Prescott, AZ wildfire. The departure and arrivals are right over my house.
Right at about every 30 minutes.

I hate having to see these, but I enjoy the view and photographing them. These are monsters!

    Are those commercial planes?

      They were at one time commercial air carrier DC-10's. Since have been converted to wildfire tankers.
