On October 15th a video went viral on social media. In that clip, Rajeev Katiyal was pushed aside by the ground staff of the airline while he was boarding the coach and also used abusive language.
Rajeev Katiyal was travelling from Chennai. It was shocking to see how the staffer punched him and abused him. After some time, even the passenger punched back the staffer in defense
Rajeev Katiyal's Words...
Rajeev said, "I was standing in the shade of a plane when a ground staff started shouting at me in a very rude manner. I asked him why don't you arrange the third bus for which we are waiting. Meanwhile, when the bus came two people said let’s teach him a lesson and one of them pulled me out of the bus”
HOSPITALITY
The IndiGo Airlines President, Aditya Ghosh personally called Rajeev Katiyal and apologized.
Airlines should be more humble and careful with the customer. Negligence might ruin their reputation.
