Here's the Aji Largo Racoto Pepper, Capsicum pubescens, Scoville units - - 10,000–50,000 shu This verity of Rocoto pepper gets its name from a priest in the city of La Palma in the Canary Islands. The flowers are white with a tinge of purple and the fruits grow to about 2.5" long and seem to be hotter then all the other rocoto peppers.
