I woke up this morning missing my childhood dog. His name was Prince Sher Khan and he was an Akita. Known for his stubbornness, he also had a thick layer of Stupidity which added to his character.

The Akita
Is a large and powerful dog breed with a noble and intimidating presence. He was originally used for guarding royalty and nobility in feudal Japan. The Akita also tracked and hunted wild boar, black bear, and sometimes deer. He is a fearless and loyal guardian of his family. The Akita does not back down from challenges and does not frighten easily. Yet he is also an affectionate, respectful, and amusing dog when properly trained and socialized.
Unfortunately, my dog demonstrated none of these qualities. I once saw a chihuahua beat him up and take his food. 🤦🏾♂️
Well the love was there.

This is very true. I can only remember him barking 6 times in his life and 4 of them were when intruders came into our backyard.
He even protected us after this.
I miss you my brother and I promise to never forget your spirit. I wanted to pay my respects to you my man.
