I have been doing my fair share of crypto research over the past year. This lead me to discover Steemit. As soon as I explored the platform a little I was instantly inspired to join.

I used to work in the advertising industry as a creative designer/ copywriter. After 9 years I went into the food and beverage business. Perhaps in future posts I will illustrate how things like that happen. This year I deployed my first web application which has been a great journey. It kept me sane during the lockdowns although it many aspects of the development process drove me crazy!

I was born in Kuwait and lived there for until the Gulf war sent me to Jordan at the age of 15. I have also lived in Montreal, London and now Havana, Cuba.

I am interested in so many aspects of life. The range of topics that excite me is vast but the following list covers the main ones: philosophy, astrology, coding, gourmet food and wine, calisthenics, psychology and nature. Most of all I love water and need to live close to a natural water source and in a place that gets lots of rain.

I'll leave it there for now. Looking forward to reading posts and exploring for now but I will be writing much much more later, trust me!
