    of course it's one of the most efficient way to reign in the corruption, take control of the communal finance, impose transparency and may lead to efficient spending... sadly prepare for an awakening, there is a lot of damages done in the recent decades, and many will not want their little illegal income streams to be exposed.

    And when you think that the central french authorities protected a child rapists like polanski... there is simply no hope in this current republic setting. :(.
