Alaska Airlines flight is on a flight to Seattle, United States, forced to turn back to Anchorage in Alaska on Wednesday (7/2/2018) morning local time.
The reason, a male passenger who locked himself in the bathroom plane, took off all his clothes, and refused to follow the crew's instructions.
Kate Danyluk, one of the airplane passengers, told The Associated Press she realized something was wrong as some crew members were pacing and wearing rubber gloves.
Danyluk, said he did not see the man, but several other passengers stood by the bathroom to see the situation.
"The police came and took him through the back door of the plane," he said.
There were 178 passengers on the flight. The plane flew back to Seattle after 6:30 pm local time.
"Alaska Airlines flight number 146 from Anchorage to Seattle returns to Anchorage because passengers do not follow the crew's instructions," Alaska Airlines spokesman Tim Thompson said in an e-mailed statement.
Airport police and the FBI went straight to the plane when landing at 3:00 am.
Not yet clear whether the man was arrested or not. The FBI has not given any details yet.
"There's someone on the plane locked in the bathroom," Darcy Perry airport police said.
"Airplane passengers also see it naked," he added.
