Theater Of Mind is the 6th studio album by rapper Ludacris. It was released on November 24th, 2008 through Disturbing Tha Peace and Def Jam Recordings. I really liked the approach Ludacris took here. He treated the album as if it were a play, or a movie. Thus the name, Theater Of Mind. He had plenty of features in this album to keep it plenty enough interesting. It was definitely one of Luda's most well put together albums earning it's spot at number 5 on the Billboard 200 list in it's first week.

Songs That Stand Out:

#2 Undisputed
Featuring Floyd Mayweather
Produced by Don Cannon
I thought this song was pretty interesting simply for the fact that Floyd Mayweather is on it. Mayweahter being the undisputed champ, it was only right that Ludacris let him talk his shit on this record. It's pretty dope in my opinion. Definitely an out of the box kind of collaboration.

#5 Call Up The Homies
Featuring The Game & Willie Northpole
Produced by Clinton Sparks & Kamau Georges
Luda keeps it straight gangsta with this one. I mean, how could you not when one of your features is The Game. This song is pretty dope to listen to, almost like their story telling, but not quite. They make a perfect chorus out of the concept of calling up the homies because it's about to go down. It's one of the more perfect choruses in a rap song I've heard.

#12 MVP
Produced by DJ Premier
This shit right here is fuckin' legendary to me. Luda on the Priemo beat? Shiiiiiiiiit. That's classic. Luda also mentions that he's the first southern rapper to get on a DJ Premier beat. I'm not exactly sure how much of that is true, but I'm pretty sure I've never really heard a southern rapper on some of Priemo's shit.

#13 I Do It For Hip Hop
Featuring Nas & Jay-Z
Produced by Wyldfyer
Undeniable classic. Luda brought together 2 of the greatest rappers to ever touch a microphone. Knowing their past feud, listening to them on a song together anytime, brings interest from a variety of listeners. Each rapper pretty much talks about how Hip Hop saved their lives, and they're dedication to the culture.
