Round the globe, people do involve themselves in the excessive intake of alcoholic product ie wines🍷, beers 🍻 ,and spirit for so many reasons best known to them. Some actually do this for fun, celebration and some do this for no just reason.
But Today, I will unveil and bring to your doorstep the terrible effect of alcohol in the human immune system.

THE MENTAL ALCOHOLIC EFFECTS.

• Shrinking brain :
  Scientific study and medical practitioners has it in discovery that long term exposure to alcohol can shrink the frontal lobe of the brain.

• Behavioural changes:
  Alcohol can change your typical behavior and leave you without the mental clarity to make smart decisions.

• Blackout:
  Alcohol can actually interfere with how your brain makes memories and records and it's very possible to wake up with no recollection of what you did while you were drinking or even before.

• Hallucinations:
  For people with alcoholic dependency, a sudden withdrawal may cause serious complications including hallucination.

• Dependency:
  Alcoholic dependency varies from person to person so it's hard to define. You may become physically dependent on alcohol,if alcohol starts to affect your ability to perform in school r work and affects your relationship.

  The slurred speech is one of the first symptom of excessive alcohol consumption.

• Cancer :
  Chronic drinkers of alcohol are more likely to develop throat, mouth or esophagus cancers. Breast cancer is also more common in women who drink excessively.

• Heart Damage :
  Chronic heavy drinking is one of the leading cause of cardiovascular disease.

• Lung infection :
  people who drink frequently have a hard time fighting out bacteria and viruses and are more susceptible to illness like tuberculosis and pneumonia.

• Liver Damage :
  Chronic alcoholic usage can damage the liver and prevent it from the proper removal of substance from the body.

• Stomach distress :
  it can also lead to bloating, gas and painful ulcers.

• Fatigue :
  fatigue may be a sign of anemia which is a possible complication of alcoholism.

• Frequent Diarrhea :
  it can also cause damage to your intestine which may lead to stomach pains and diarrhea.

• Infertility : Over a long period of time, drinking of excessive amount of alcohol may cause infertility.

• sexual dysfunction :
  for men, they are more likely to experience erectile dysfunction.

• Malnutrition :
  it also prevents your body from properly absorbing vitamins and minerals from the foods you eat.

• Diabetes complications :
  it can also prevent your organs from properly balancing of your blood sugar levels.

• Muscle 💪 cramps :
  people who drink excessively often experience cramping, weakness and eventually muscle 💪 death.

• Numbness :
  Tingling, numbness or pain in your hands and feet may be signs of damage to your central nervous system.

A glass a day may do little damage to your overall health. But If the habit grows and if you find yourself having a hard time stopping after just one glass the accumulative effect can add up.

FINALLY, THE INFLAMMATORY DAMAGE.

The liver is an organ which helps to break down and remove harmful substance from the body, including alcohol. Long-term alcoholic usage interferes with the process. It also increases your risk for chronic liver inflammation and diseases. The scarring caused by this inflammation is know as CIRRHOSIS.

The formation of scar tissue destroys the liver, as the liver becomes increasingly damaged, it has a harder time removing toxic substances from the body.
