Today I received the delivery of Amazon Alexa device. It's a virtual assistant developed by Amazon, there are two type, Amazon Echo and the Amazon Echo Dot smart speakers.

It is capable of voice interaction, music playback, making to-do lists, setting alarms, playing audiobooks, and providing weather, traffic, sports, and other real-time information, such as news.Alexa can also control several smart devices using itself as a home automation system and few device options like smart bulb etc.

My few colleagues had already purchased it and keep sharing about it so I got interest to buy it. Since now a days amazon sale is going on so it's available at discounted prices.
Looking at the discount offered, I decided to order it finally and placed order yesterday. As always Amazon is way ahead in terms of delivery and they delivered it within 24 hours.

Now I have configured it with my android Phone. Whenever I give commands, it follows and share what i ask for.

My kid is happy with it as it plays nursery rhymes when he ask it to play. Apart from this it can also book Ola taxi and even can order any product from amazon.in website.

Since it's first day and I am yet to explore all it's features. I will explore more of its features and share in another post later.
