HOW TO REDUCE STRESS AND REMAIN CALM

Second day in the row writing in English. I feel a champion right now and I didn’t even start. HAPPY FOR ME. 😊

WRITING

When I write I feel alive. Putting something on the paper, express myself, talk about everything, talk about nothing, make me feel something. I’d say that it drives me to a state of peace and centralization of my chakras. It’s like the same therapy when I listen to a relaxing music in the morning.

Since I planned to start writing on the regular basis in Portuguese or English I’ve become addicted and when that doesn’t happen I feel something missing in my day.

Strange isn’t it?

PLANNING

As a freelancer artist, although I’m working under a contract to this Theme Park. I feel this necessity of promoting myself all the time.

For that reason I spent most part of my “free” time working on my advertising trough videos, writing, pictures.

My plan now is to work on my new promotional video. I’ll update you as soon as I have more developments

For the meantime, I’m helping a friend in his promotional teaser.

NO STRESS

Regarding to the title of this article.

What’s my contribution.

I believe that each individual should find his sweet spot. Could be trough meditation, music, writing either having a good time with friends. As human being we shouldn’t put ourselves in the trap. I mean, doing things that we don’t appreciate or desire, only because you’ll be depressed and there is a point in time when you will burst. The consequences of that could be treating someone in the disrespectful way. And I believe you don’t want to feel bad for your acts.
