There is too little information to make a plausible estimate.
Given the violent history of our own planet, our own existence was enormously unlikely & even now forms only the tiniest portion of the planet's history.
The conditions for life may be numerous, but the evolution from microbial life to civilization is extraordinarily unlikely & would require hundreds of millions of years at best & civilized life may go extinct as quickly as the other forms.
And the distances & time spans (they may have gone extinct long ago) are incredible.
So the probability is a fraction whose numerator is so large it approaches infinity, & likewise it's denominator is so large it approaches infinity.
But we have no plausible idea what this fraction converges to since our information is too vague & has such large gaps.
