Raelians
They believe humanity was created by extraterrestrials as a lab experiment, according to the documents. They had targeted high schools in the province of Quebec to persuade Roman Catholics to renounce their faith. The Raelians even had a plan to give students crosses to burn, according to the cables. One of the documents cites local news analysis in stating that: “The ultimate goal of Raelians is to create life in a laboratory which would make human beings immortal and enable them to create another civilization on another planet. In the meantime [they] want to build an embassy in Israel to welcome the Elohim when they come back in 2035. The group has also been criticized for advocating the use of genetics for eugenic attempts at improving the human race.”

ARCTURIANS
The Blue Arcturians are one of many types of Beings on their enormous planet. They live as separate Beings but as a One Consciousness for the betterment of the whole not individual. They are highly spiritual, telepathic, living in unconditional love in communal type homes. THe Arcturians are teachers, coming here to help us in our spiritual ascension during very challenging times. THose who have come to Earth in Human form are here to awaken and activate people to remember who they are – spiritual beings in a human body.

HATHORS
Hathors are an ascended, energetic and inter-dimensional civilization. They are intergalactic and have outposts that span parts of our universe and beyond. The Hathors came through Sirius which is a portal to our universe and the etheric realms of Venus. In the past they worked through the fertility goddess of Ancient Egypt. They have a very strong feminine presence. The Hathors are “healers of healers” using sound therapy in their healing process. Hathors are serving us in our evolution and ascension. They are helping us to achieve our self-awareness and our elevation on all conscientious levels.

TALL ZETA
Tall White Zeta are one of the highest spiritual beings in the the Reticuli sector. They are often over 6′ tall with glowing white skin and very light-sensitive eyes, which is why they wear the black lenses over their eyes. They are my (Cynthia) spiritual teachers that help me continue my mission on Earth, and also show up in every aura picture I’ve ever had taken of me. Those who have experienced them are people of very high spiritual ethics, and many report that they get guidance from them during times of turmoil, depression and stress, as well as incredible love for them.

ZUMA ZETA
After a near-death experience in December of 2007 (Cynthia), I left my body and found myself in another world in a humanoid body with Dolphin like skin of pale grayish beige, mushroom color. My forehead protruded almost like Risso’s Dolphin, and my eyes sparkled like sapphires. I was being told that I was this being before I came to Earth. These beings are from the planet Zumav and are a hybrid aquatic Zeta with webbed feet and hands, living in water or on land. They reminded me of how to breath in water. When one comes to me, it announces itself first with a dolphin like squeal before telepathically communicating its message. I’ve been taken into the etheric realm and walked amongst several of them, feeling such incredible unconditional love as if they are all hugging me at once. They never judge, nor are they prejudiced; they are just pure love – that which humanity need to learn from.

KA-TSA-HAYAN
Ka-Tsa_Hayan beings are related to the Keben. They are a smaller Zeti native to Serpo-Tavah, a small planet in the Reticuli. Their height ranges from 3′ to 4′ tall, with skin color of pearly grayish green, or pearly gold and up to a deeper gray. Their skin texture is similar to Dolphin. Their heads are more elongated than most Zeti, but not quite as elongated as the Nefilim. Not much is known about them since they have only recently been observed by a small number of people. However, they are believed to be scientists, engineers and teachers. Some people have reported seeing this being on ships. Normally they are very shy beings, but now since they are more people spiritually evolving and wanting to help humanity, the Ka-Tsa-Hayans have been working with them to assist them in engineering devices for healing and helping humanity.

KEBEN
Keben race of Zetas. The sculpture is from an actual encounter with Commander Kenyo Ceto in 2007. The Keben race is a hybrid between one Zeta group and another group of beings from Betegueuse in the Orion Star System. Their average height is about 5′ tall, very stocky built with thick muscular necks. They are known for their advancement in all areas of science and technology. Although they are in alliance with the Galatic Federation, they are not an aggressive group but are not likely to step down when confronted over a situation. They are very diplomatic but firm on their stand, and definitely not the emotional type. You might say that they are very military regimented, and unless they are being challenged or threatened, they usually won’t get involved in other planetary systems.

EBENS
Ebens are said to be from the Zeta Reticuli star group (there are) two suns together. Their height ranges from 3’4″ to 3’8″, with some exceptions. Their skin is more of a tan and butterscotch blend in color, and like most Zetas, they wear black lens protection over their slightly protruding round eyes. It is said that in 1965 the US Government entered into a program referred to as Project SERPO, which was an exchange program in which 12 humans and 12 Ebens exchanged planets to learn more about the planet and it’s inhabitants.

CHERIDANI
The Kebbens were the creators of the Cheridani Zeta race, using 50% of their own DNA; because of this they have two different skin colors, the gold skin and the bluish-gold skin. Their average height is between 4′ to 5′ tall. Their home planet is in the Reticuli sector. They are quite intelligent and most often scientists on ships or on thier home planet. Those who have reported having contact with them are usually engineers, scientists and some medical technicians. They are not aggressive unless threatened. Those who have experienced them through the sculptures say they are very shy, yet they feel unconditional love from them and an eagerness to share their technology. They have taught me how to open my heart to give and receive unconditional love. Despite their appearance, they are one of the most loving beings with a child-like innocence.

MANTIS
The Ancient Greek meaning os the Mantis is divine, a being of spiritual or mystical powers. Mantis Beings, also known as Antaiens or the Kageush, are said to be a highly evolved race of Insectoids. Those found around the Superstition Mountains and throughout Arizona say they are ite Cibians from the planet Cibia. They all look similar to the Praying Mantis insect, even some appearing as glowing plasma, while others are reported to have humanoid bodies with mantis faces. Their height ranges from 4′ to 9′ with skin colors of beige, brown, lime green, dark emerald green, turquoise, deep violet blue, gold or white. They exude feelings of immense love and peace and known to be healers.

ALPHA-DRACONIANS
There are many Reptilian Races in the Universe, some are highly evolved and are spiritually advanced and other have more self-serving, egoic goals. So although we have inserted the Alpha Draconis here, please understand that there are also positive, enlightened branches in the Reptilian Race as well. Thank You. They are said to be controlling some races of greys (there are over 70 Greys races) by means of an implant, the same one that the greys are implanting into humans. They are also said to be the master mindsbehind the abduction plans. Their master plan involves using the newly created ‘Half-breeds’ with implants to defeat the ” Confederation of Humans.” The Reptoids also use humans as food.

Other Reptilian Race like Alpha-Draconians Reptilian beings who are said to have established colonies in Alpha Draconis. Like all reptilians, these claim to have originated on Terra thousands of years ago,which fact they use to ‘justify’ their attempt to re-take the earth for their own. They are apparently a major part of a planned ‘invasion’ which is eventually turning from covert infiltration, to over-invasion as the “window of opportunity” (the time span before International human society becomes an interplanetary and interstellar power) slowly begins to close. They are attempting to keep the “window” open by suppressing advanced technology from the masses, which would lead to eventual Terran colonization of other planets by Earth and an eventual solution to the population, pollution, food and other environmental problems. Being that Terrans have an inbred “warrior” instinct the Draconians DO NOT want them/us to attain interstellar capabilities and therefore become a threat to their imperialistic agendas .

Chameleons are Reptilians that are genetically bred to enable themselves to appear ‘human.’ These are allegedly ‘infiltrators’ which can look remarkably human outwardly although retaining reptilian or neosaurian internal organs. Often described as appearing ‘bulge-eyed’ with scaly, hairless skin behind their ‘disguise’. One report alleged that the ‘Chameleons’ may utilize artificial ‘lenses’ to conceal “slit-pupiled iris'”. Some claim they are genetically bred ‘mercenaries’ in a planned invasion-takeover of human society (Draconian).

Nagarian or Naga’s Also referred to as the ‘ Reptoids ‘, ‘ Reptons’, ‘ Homo-saurus ‘, ‘ Lizard-men ‘, or the ‘ Large Nosed Greys’. They play a significant role in the legends of India and Tibet where they are considered by some to be demoniacal in nature. They are described as being around 7 ft. tall and of various colors, grotesque, but most often moldy greenish with scaled crocodilian ‘skin’. Allegedly descended from a branch of bi-pedal sauroids which existed thousands of years ago on earth and via mutation and natural selection developed the brain-body coordination necessary to develop a technology. Some species still reportedly retain a visible ‘tail’ although much atrophied from their supposedly ‘extinct’ saurian ancestors. After an alleged ancient battle with early hi-tech human societies they were supposedly driven into underground networks or to off planet bases (Draconian).

HYBRIDS
Since human and reptilian beings are genetically so different in their physical make-up a natural ’hybrid’ between the two is impossible. However an unnatural GENETIC alteration, in essence ’splicing’ human and reptilian genes, has allegedly been attempted. Even if this were accomplished the offspring would not be an actual ’hybrid’ (half human - half reptilian) but would fall to one side or the other. Since reptilians possess no soul-matrix as do humans but instead operate on a ’collective consciousness’ level, the ’hybrid’ would be human or reptilian depending on whether they/it was born with or without a soul-energy-matrix. In most cases one might tell the difference if the entity had round-pupils as opposed to black opaque or vertical-slit pupiled eyes; or five-digit fingers as opposed to three or four; or external genitalia as opposed to none. This may not always be the rule, especially when the ’chameleons’ are considered. Some of the hybrids without souls are ’fed’ with human soul-energy in an attempt to engraft an already existing human soul-matrix into the hybrid.

MARTIANS
Inhabitants of the planet Mars, both human and non-human, including the alleged inhabitants of the two Martian ’moons’ (which many believe to be artificially-hollowed asteroids, one of which - Phobos - is said to be under the control of the "original" Greys, or self-reproducing Greys which are the "hosts" for the Grey "clones" which operate from various space stations that are disguised as planetoids. (It is from these "carrier" ships that the abduction, implantation, programming, mutilation, infiltration and other projects are carried out against planet earth). It has also been suggested that thousands of years ago the surface of LUNA and MARS were much more ’habitable’, that the surfaces of these bodies may have been decimated after passing through the asteroid belt or an ’asteroid storm’ (consisting of debris which ’may’ have been torn from a planet which apparently existed between Mars and Jupiter at one time -- possibly destroyed by a close encounter with another planetary body in the tradition of Velikovsky’s theories). It is believed that ancient ’ruins’, possibly thousands of years old, have been seen on both ’planets’ and that these attest to such a cataclysm.

ARCTURIANS
Arcturus is one of the most advanced extraterrestrial civilizations in our galaxy. It is a fifth dimensional civilization which, in reality, is like a prototype for Earth’s future.Its energy works with humanity as an emotional mental and spiritual healer. It is also an energy gateway through which humans pass during death and rebirth. It functions as a way station for nonphysical consciousness to become accustomed to physicality. The book, "The Keys of Enoch" has described it as the mid-way station or programming center used by the physical brotherhoods in our local universe, to govern the many rounds of experiments with physicals on our end of the galaxy. Their total focus in every aspect of their society to the path of God realization. The Arcturians teach that the most fundamental ingredient for living in the fifth dimension is love. They teach that negativity, fear and guilt must be overcome and be exchanged for love and light. Arcturus is the brightest star in the Bootes constellation (click image right), which is approximately 36 light years from earth. The Arcturians work in very close connection with the Ascended Masters whom they refer to as the brotherhood of the all. They also work very closely with what they refer to as The Galactic Command. The Arcturians travel the universe in their starships, which are some of the most advanced in the entire universe. One of the reasons that Earth has not been attacked by more warlike negative extraterrestrials has been these civilizations’ fear of these advanced starships of the Arcturians. These ships are the cutting edge state of the art technology. One of the starships circling the earth is called the Starship Athena, named after one of the Greek Gods.

GREENS
Humans of ’normal’ size, yet who possess an olive-green skin color. They claim to be from a subterranean or cavernous realms beneath Europe which they refer to as ’St. Martin’s Land’.

PHOENICIANS
The ’Phoenix Empire’ is allegedly a non-surface society which may be partially connected with the Dulce subnet, according to certain ’inside’ sources. It’s uncertain whether this is a human or a reptilian empire, however some indications suggest a collaboration. There may be a connection also with the GIZEH EMPIRE below Egypt which was established by ancient Egyptian collaborators, the so-called KOMOGAL-II empire which is said to have some connection with the ASHTAR collective as well as the DRACONIAN collective. Canada says apparently four different species of aliens have been visiting Earth for thousands of years.

Paul Hellyer presided over Canada during the 1960s when the Cold War was taking place and was a key cog in creating the Canadian Forces in a time where a solid and powerful army was needed. He also was the highest ranking official for the department of defense in Canada, which is unique in that he was also the prime minister of Canada, so this man was no slouch when it came to governing a nation and trying to run a country that was in the midst of a devastating war occurring. Despite his governmental knowledge, he was also known to take an entirely different direction and talk about the issue of UFOs and aliens.

There was a 50 UFO formation that had taken place in Europe. Agencies heard about such and investigated the situation. The final result indicated that they were aliens and that at least four alien species have been roaming the Earth on and off for thousands of years. He states that these aliens come from a variety of different stars in the cosmos. He finally ends by saying that these aliens have been trying to tell humans to watch out for danger in the future, but humans instead took it as a threat and therefore were on the offensive against these species.

The Star of Bethlehem is one of God's flying saucers. Hellyer used to believe that there were between 2 and 12 different species of alien. Now, he says he's received reports that there might be as many as 80.In a document released by Wikileaks, Chief Cabinet Secretary Nobutaka Machimura expressed his discontentment at the Japanese government's dismissal of reports of UFO sightings and abductions.

The document states: "Chief Cabinet Secretary Nobutaka Machimura stated in a press conference yesterday: 'I am sure that unidentified flying objects exist.' He elaborated: 'Otherwise, it is impossible to explain the Nazca Lines (in Peru, which some believe were created by aliens), isn´t it?' The government yesterday adopted in a cabinet meeting an official response to a question by Ryuji Yamada, a Democratic Party of Japan member. The statement says that the government has not confirmed the existence of UFOs. It was the first time for the government to deny the existence of UFOs. Machimura, while stressing that it was his personal view that UFOs exist, said: 'The government has offered only a boilerplate response in its formal statement.'"

In a classified document, U.S. Ambassador Ken Gross recounted a conversation with Tajik mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloev in which they mostly discussed political issues such as upcoming elections, casualties for both countries in Afghanistan, etc. But at some point, the conversation turned to extraterrestrial life.

Gross wrote: "[Ubaidulloev] asserted the existence of life on other planets, caveating this by noting that we should focus on solving our problems on Earth." According to Gross, Ubaidulloev's exact words were, "We know there is life on other planets, but we must make peace here first." Gross described the conversation as "a right painful 90 minutes," and the mayor himself as "difficult, unpredictable, and sometimes hostile."

Canadian government expresses concern that UFO religion wants to clone humans and channel Nazi Germany.
Several unclassified documents from the Canadian government reference the Raelians, followers of a religion whose doctrine states that human life is an elaborate laboratory experiment conducted by aliens. The officials were primarily worried about their penchant for giving Catholic students crosses to burn in an attempt to turn them away from their erroneous religion, as well as their claim that they had successfully cloned a human being in a laboratory.

It’s now a fact that UFOs are tracked on radar, performing maneuvers that defy our idea of physics. Jets are constantly scrambled to take a closer look at them.
