This may be a stretch, this executive order could be only about invasive species like plants, or animals, however the wording leaves it open to a much broader interpretation... The invasive species could be what many call "aliens/demons/fallen angels/etc"... or perhaps even Humans, God forbid, but this order gives the government permission to eradicate what they consider to be a threat... and that is why I did this video. In any event, I hope you enjoy it and it doesn't scare you, because it shouldn't...
