Sabe aquele dia que você resolve experimentar algo novo? Pois foi o que fiz ontem. Nunca tinha misturado maçã com aveia integral. Então resolvi fazer pra ver se ficava bom.
Simplesmente peguei uma maçã, piquei em pequenos pedaços e joguei em cima a aveia integral. E depois foi só comer com a colher. Não sei se tem alguma explicação científica pra isso, mas por algum motivo a aveia realçou ainda mais o sabor e o aroma da maçã. Ela pareceu estar mais doce e com o cheiro mais forte.
Fiquei surpreso com tal serendipidade, e resolvi pesquisar na internet se já havia algo parecido. Descobri sim que existe, mas não é bem da forma sólida como comi. É tipo uma vitamina, e que leva além da aveia e da maçã, também o limão. E ela é usada pra quem quer emagrecer:
