The 7 July 2005 London bombings, which often referred to as 7/7, were a series of coordinated terrorist suicide attacks in London, United Kingdom which was the worst single terrorist atrocity on British soil.
British authority's giant guiding couldn't save people but raise the question how safe actually British Citizens are? And left the question behind about their lacking and vulnerability.

A) Radio Communication Failure: The incident was happened underground and rescuers couldn’t contact with surface due to the radio failure. So the rescue mission was interrupted and it left thousands people in the danger.
B) Using Runner for communication: As the radio was not working they used the runners to communicate with the underground. The runner had to go all the way down by staircase and come back to the surface with news. That was horrendous and it took 30 min for a runner to get the news and back to surface.
C) Mobile phone network down: The panic citizens were making calls and the network got overloaded. It was getting so hard to make the phone calls. In that crucial time the senior officers were depending on the cell phone network to communicate each other as there were no inter linked communication system between different departments.
D) Confusion of control room system: The emergency rooms got confused where the incident happened exactly and where to send the help. Another reason was that very few calls were made to emergency room as it happened in the underground. They sent the ambulance to the wrong place and it wasn’t happened that any ambulance reached at the place before 9.15 am.
E) Short of basic equipments: The ambulance were lacking of stretchers and the other basic things. It was noticed that people were running to the departmental stores to get the extra bandages. That was really shocking!!!!
