I haven't completely tore allm yet but my first impressions are that he is a very effective rick rule type speaker. The claim is that they can do 5 cent sugar. Sugar is currently selling at 15 cents.
The buisness model is to buy old ethonal plants and then use the new sugar as a feedstock. They are also in the licensed business. Old ethonal plants are cheap for a reason, partially innificentcy and higher transportation cost. This may add some of the costs back in. There was no mention of tipping fees or if biomass trash collection would be worth while.
One of the things that I would like to see is conference calls not only for the audio but for the articles to be archived on seeking alpha.
Looking at the chart it looks ugly but it is similar to what you would see in a geothermal stock. The way to think of the catalyst is the unanswered question and then if there is disappointment are they going to ask the question again while you grab shares at a lower price. The question is can they make money.
