Last week we planned a dinner for the guest. At his request, we kept the issue low. We decided to give up 4 meals and cook a simple pot meal. What is better than Biryani for this type of dish? Since our guests had a great appetite and a thirst for spicy food, we prepared a spicy birch to satisfy their taste. However, we were hesitant and decided to add Raita to our menu. We needed something to fill the bitter birch and give it a cooling effect, so we added Aloo Raita to our menu.
