I started checking out the Sweatcoin (SWC) app yesterday. The app works well. It caught all my steps and did a real good job at knowing when I was inside, which was kind of a bummer since it doesn't count indoor steps. The app did not dismiss all my indoor steps but most of them. I earned around 6 SWC in about the hour total of walking around I did all day.

It is pretty straight forward. Install the app. Login/Sign Up. Walk around. Earn 1 SWC per 1000 steps. There is a daily bonus that gets better when you remember to claim each day. They also start you off with 1000 steps free.
I am testing out its Breaker subscription upgrade that allows me to earn more coins than normal. At this time I can earn up to 20 SWC a day for a cost of 30 SWC a month. I do not think I would be walking enough to earn more than 8 to 10 per day, so I will probably lower my subscription tier. There are a few different subscription upgrade levels. The starter and free level allows you to earn 5 SWC a day, which is going to be enough for most people. If you know you will be running/jogging often or travelling, you may want to consider upgrading. This can all be done in app.
The app has a small "Offers" section, but the offers are decent. You can use your SWC to buy 10% discounts off your energy bill, a music streaming subscription, iPhone XS, and even $1000 cash. It takes 20,000 SWC to get the $1000 cash, but thats not too ridiculous.
Doing that math based on the 20,000 SWC for $1000 thats $0.05 a coin. There are also buyers on Reddit and elsewhere paying for up to around $0.10 each as well as a few sites that will buy them from you. I am not sure how much they are offering, I think they take offers instead of giving them. That is something I am still looking into.
The userface is simple but has a cools futuristic theme. Swipe one way for the Offers section and the other way to reach your friends list and invite info.
Not going to make you a fortune, but a nice addition for any cryptoheads who also like to run/jog, hike, travel, shop, play Pokemon, or just like to keep track of their steps.
Personally at this time I will be trading them to users for other assets for when I want to buy small amounts of a coin or do not want to spend any of my main bag on new coins/tokens.
I suggest checking the app out if you have an Android or iPhone http://j.gs/CGbf
I titled it "....Day 2" but I am not necessarily going to post about it every day or on a linear time frame.
