There are always going to tokens / coins that will only have a trading value and never deliver.
I look at the volume and how many exchanges so id you need to see it you can.
They go up and down and need to also look at the team, white paper and if they have delivered a idea or working concept. - Just followed you and appreciate if you follow me too
