DIY alternative energy projects such as Solar, Wind, Earth Batteries, Stirling Engine, Steem Engine (I mean Steam Engine), and more.
Part One: Free Information, who to trust.
Doing your own alterative energy projects can be fun and rewarding. I remember when I hooked up my first panel to my house grid years ago and watched the electricity I was generating.
With all the information out there on the internet it's hard to tell the good guys from the bad.
The first thing I like to do is not to reinvent the wheel. There are many DIY alternative energy people out there so the last thing you need is another. What you do need is someone you can trust.
Here is a list of people that I can trust. I have been following them for years. Tried some of their ideas. Brought stuff from them, and came up with ideas they liked. And they have taking the time to answer my questions. I would suggest to start here and learn all you can before you give anyone your money.

From there you can get their website, Facebook, twitter, etc.
If you have someone like those above you think could be added to the list, leave a commit below and I'll check them out.
In part 2, I will be posting about the paid for information and the scammers.

Hey, Konelectric... I'm working on a similar (but different) project, which you can read about here. It's kind of a DYI thing, albeit a big one. I just joined steemit and want to build a following around progressive energy projects large and small. Give it a look when you get a chance.
