Vidz, Via and Vericoin- Can these 3 coins give you a crazy ROI?

in alts •  8 years ago

Ok admittedly the boat has possibly been missed on Vidz if you weren’t already in it. Last week it was only around 150 satoshi now it is just under 1500. There is a lot of hype and a lot of promise for this coin and if it could really rocket if it gets added to Bittrex or Polo (not that i’m expecting it to be added to Polo just yet), but I sold too early at 600 and i’m sticking to my rules rather than fomo buying back in. I could really end up kicking myself for this but i’m sticking to the rules of my strategy rather than letting emotion take over, that’s always when I lose. Anything that goes up 10x in a week is a risky buy, and so now i’m turning my attention to lower risk coins that look like they could have a promising ride.

Now there’s no shortage of options at the moment,, alt season does seem to be well and truly back. The mistake I've been making is buying too many and losing track of what I do and don’t have and what I bought at so now i’m going to narrow it down to just a few. So my picks at the moment are 2 golden oldies from 2014, Via and Vericoin.

Both of these coins are still around and still have active development, although in terms of whether that means it will pump really doesn’t seem to matter and that’s proven when you see all the shitcoins like Putincoin pumping on Yobit. I’m picking Vericoin for a few reasons. Firstly is that the chart looks like it has bottomed out and now it’s starting to break upwards. Secondly there are some exciting developments in the works including an app which will give Vericoin a use case to businesses. Third, because Vericoin seems to have a yearly cycle where it is flat for most of the year but starts rising Feb/March and peaks around summertime. Fourth, because Sherlock said so.

If you don’t know who Sherlock is, then I strongly advise you start following him on Twitter on @crazy_crypto. In 2014 he claims to have turned 0.5 btc to 40btc (I can’t remember the exact figures but it was something crazy like that) and he cashed out to enjoy life but he has now returned now that there is a new alt season. There are a lot of people who will con you on Twitter but Sherlock made me money in 2014 so I’m glad he’s back again as it makes life so much easier. No you shouldn’t blindly follow his advice, even he says that, but if he mentions a coin it’s definitely worth taking a look at. Don’t panic buy though if you want in, it should be possible to get some between 3-4k.

As for Via, I know much less about it other than that it still has active development and there is talk of it doing SegWit amongst other things. I should research harder but I don’t really feel the need since I know it’s not a scam coin, the chart is looking good and there is a lot of talk on Twitter about it. Again no need to fomo buy, put bids below market price if you want a stab at it but hopefully it should go up again soon.

So yeah Vericoin and Via is what i’m trying to get more off at the moment, and Vidz if it retraces enough. What do you guys think? Am I stupid or reckon these will be good buys? Give your two cents in the comments below :)

Vericoin i have to read about it..sounds promising than a trumpcoin in the making..if there is such a thing as a putincoin ;)
I was told of Monero when it was just cents...

Haha yeah putincoin is on Yobit, I just had to chuckle when I saw that!

I made money on Monero in 2014 but have ignored it to my peril since then. Did you buy in when it wasn't worth much?

Vericoin have very talented developers the problem is they don't work on it full time which makes progress slow, and these days that puts them behind others where there are coins with full time developers. It's a shame because they could be so much higher up than they are. They have their own forums, google Vericoin Forums and check out their road map :)

Am so bad in reading road maps..and about monero, no. the orbit of BTC only came about in 2016, so am very much a newbie.am learning thu from crypto guys like yourself.
