5 Top Tips to Preventing and Reversing Alzheimer's Disease

in alzheimers •  7 years ago  (edited)

If you are reading this right now, you probably don't have Alzheimer's disease (AD), or you are caring for someone who does have it. I call this stage zero and it's a blessed place to be. The tips in the infographic below will show you how to stay in that stage and never get AD, so this is the perfect time to start implementing those tips.

Stage one is when you or someone else is starting to suspect that you or they have AD or another form of dementia. This is the second best time to start, but it needs to happen right away.

Stage two is when the official AD diagnosis happens. This is the third best time to start, but that needs to happen TODAY and you need to be nearly PERFECT in your diligence following all the steps.

Stage three is when you or someone has forgotten loved ones, how to find their way back home, and other major setbacks. In this stage, following the steps below will likely be impossible but diligently trying will certainly help slow the progression as much as possible.

My mom was diagnosed with AD in the year 2000 and back then, science hadn't discovered enough to help her. She passed in 2005.

Since then, however, research in the field and knowledge of the disease has grown exponentially and as of two years ago (2016), we now know that AD can be prevented, slowed, stopped, and even reversed!

Everything I have learned since I threw myself into the research back in 1999, could fill a book of more than 1000 pages, but to make it simple and to help as many people as possible, I've boiled it down to the five top things people can do to slow, stop and even prevent AD and other forms of dementia.

I hope it helps and if you know anyone else it might help, please pay it forward and share this post with them!
