My dude the Constitution grants states the authority over the manner of elections in each state. You can't just call everything you don't like extraconstitutional.
By such authority secretary of states are expressly authorized to exclude candidates they deem ineligible. These decisions are reviewable by the courts, as is this decision. In fact the secretary of state has paused it until the courts review it.
Secretary of states have routinely excluded people that didn't meet the natural born citizen requirement. Ironically Trump himself filed a challenge to deem Ted Cruz ineligible on such a basis. And dozens of individuals tried the same with Obama.
It is kind of why it was such a big deal that election deniers were running for secretary of state positions. They are rather powerful positions.
Even by Amash standards I've noticed a shift from him that wasn't quite like this say 5 years ago. Like I was never a big fan of his because of his abortion stance.
You used to be able to understand his thought process even when I disagreed with him. Even the lynching bill position.
Being away from Congress has not been good to him- he's veering into podcast bro territory fast.
