Well, those are interesting ideas. I happen to think a rewards cap is counterproductive. As the pool increases through rise in steem price, that will soon become obsolete.

Rewards cap on the investor to a outside company of Steemit. Conversations are getting mixed some I think,lol. As an exterior company grows and the profits increase, A cap limit there, preventing the increased yearly profit from been filtered to a few. And recycle to other area's like water, housing educations.
