Amazon is launching a service to solve the problem of missed package deliveries where courier guy will be able to open your front door and deliver the parcel.
To use this amazon's service you need to have a smart lock and Cloud Cam camera.
Process:
- Courier guy will scan the barcode and once it's verified online.
- The Camera will start the recording and delivery person will have access unlock the door using an app.
- The delivery person will deliver the package inside your house and lock the door again.
- A user can watch the delivery live or receive a short video after the drop-off.
