Amazon Merch September Earnings & More

Hey guys, so we're officially in Q4, excited to see what that brings us sales wise.

Today is October 3, 2018 and it's that time of the month, time to announce September Earnings.

Earnings in September fell off slightly from August but were about the same. Pretty happy with results as August and September tend to be slower months though things should start improving with the start of Q4 and people starting to think about Christmas and the Holiday season.

In addition to announcing earnings had a couple other things to chat about. Popsockets sales have somewhat died off for me. They initially started out really good, I have 2-3 that sell somewhat frequently but sales are pretty sporadic.

I'm excited about later this month. I saw the other day an Entrepreneur event being held in Chicago. They have speakers on eBay, Amazon Private Labeling and Merch. There's a few special guests who are going to be offering free 20 minute consulting sessions. I was surprised to see Chris Green and Glen Zubia of Merch Minds and Hustler Hacks are there volunteering their time so I'm signed up for a consulting session with each of them which I'm looking forward to. If you have any Merch questions you'd like me to ask them let me know.

Outside of that just working on tiering up before Q4, hoping to get my numbers up before December incase we have the Q4 shutdown which we've had the past two years. I'm currently at just over 80% of my uploads so hoping to get tiered up within the next week or two.

Aside from that let me know how your Merch Sales are going, if you have any news or tips you want to share. Thanks for watching and I'll catch you guys on the next video.

Do you know anything about Tee Spring? Looking at them for the merch for my shop. I like that its pretty hassle free. My goal for this year was to increase my online presence. So far so good. My next goal is to set up merch specific to my brand. Gonna start watching your vids on the regular. And open to any suggestions/pointers/criticisms

Hey buddy. You know I tried Teespring one time a couple years ago. I picked a poor quality shirt a hanes shirt so not sure if this is a fair assessment but I was very disapointed in the quality. They do offer other brands which are better but my other issue was print quality as well. With my shirt they clearly folded it prior to the ink drying and it caused the shirt to stick to itself and smudge ink. Maybe that was a one off bad experience but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I've used Printful and use Redbubble, I enjoy both those services. Printful is great but for a Bella Canva tee with shipping your looking at an $18 base price which is pretty steep even if you sell a shirt for $25 which is pretty high for a tee your only making $7 profit

Not sure if your looking at making tees for your shop or just to make novelty tees but if for your shop you could probably use a local screenprinter, initial setup will cost some money but in the long run you should save quite a bit with the better margins.

Feel free to hit me up when you get started if you have any questions
