Q4 is upon us guys. Q4 runs from October 1 through December 31 and that is the best month for eCommerce as a whole as well as Amazon Merch tee shirt sales.
I just wanted to put this video out as a reminder to everyone. I know a lot of people are frustrated with Amazon Merch right now and have kind of been slacking on their uploading.
I also know that as a Merch Seller sometimes I'll forget about holidays and special events until the last minute when it's too late to get shirts up for that particular holiday.
Just wanted to get everyone in the Q4 mindset and get everyone working hard on their Merch accounts, if there ever was a time to get back to grinding away at Merch now is the time.
Also, keep in mind that the past two years Amazon has shut merch down and stopped uploads from about December 11 through the end of the month. That means whatever you have up on the platform as of December 11 is all your gonna have up for the rest of the busy holiday season.
My plan is to start maxing out my designs, make sure to get above 80% utilization of my uploads so I can tier up once more before Christmas and then try to max out those uploads.
Last month I set a new personal best which really excited me and I'm hoping to see about a 30% increase in sales here in Q4.
What's your thoughts on Merch this Q4. Do you think Amazon is better equipped to handle the volume and won't need to shutdown Merch and/or throttle shirts or do you think were going to see a shutdown in December like we have the past couple years?
