VUZIX Smart glasses
Vuzix, a New York-based startup, is gearing up to showcase the world’s first pair of smart glasses with Alexa at CES 2018. Dubbed “Vuzix Blade”, the smart glasses fire up the glass window with visual information and will feature an 8 MP camera, noise-canceling microphones, and a touch pad to interact with the interface.
Along with Alexa integration, the smart glasses will make it fairly easy to address incoming calls, texts, and notifications from other apps. As per the CEO, the smart glasses will be available for $999 starting Q2 2018, and the company plans to bring the cost under $500 eventually.
