its own smell, its special way of making that place special, is it the food, the history, people… it doesn’t matter, the only thing that matters is the experience we get.

This Cultural Center has a couple of goals, and I need to quote them so you can understand the purpose of this Center and why you should go and visit it:

“Promote and implement cultural policies consistent with the needs of the Jalisco sector, their social expectations and with an orientation to results and adequate institutional and technical instruments. Promote the decentralization of Jalisco's cultural activities and the development of the creative and artistic potential of each of its regions,
in order to motivate artistic production in the State.
Conserve and promote the tangible and intangible heritage of Jalisco: popular cultures and traditions, historical, artistic, railway, industrial, archaeological sites,
landscapes, and natural resources. Generate platforms for artistic training for their specialization from an innovative, inclusive and decentralized perspective.
Generate policies and strategies aimed at the development of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in the cultural sector of Jalisco. Facilitate their training, vision, and access to adequate financial instruments that allow them to increase the market share of private initiative in the State cultural sector.”
